Abstract

       The project of integrating life skills teaching in higher education serves as a visionary approach to developing key strategies and aspect related to the growth and enhancement of individual skills that empower active participation in society. These skills include a diverse and interconnected set of competencies, attitudes, and values which need to be cultivated through the higher education system. This study primarily aims to highlight the effective didactic and pedagogical approaches for teaching life skills in higher education, by emphasizing their dimensions, activation mechanisms, and role in elevating university students, enabling them to handle pressure, embrace responsibility, and confront individual and societal challenges.
