Abstract

          The study has handled the concept of sovereignty , its divisions and characteristics in the general International law and the variables that happened in the field of sovereignty .The study problem is situated in recognizing the effect of the current International Development about the concept of sovereignty .The researcher followed the analytical descriptive and inductive method giving a complete description about the sovereigrity concept and its analysis in the General International law .And the following are the very important results and recommendations :

Firstly, the results:  

- Sovereignity is a law system assumes the state administration .

-Sovereignity by its internal and external divisions correlated tightly with the reality of the International community .

Secondly ,the recommendations :

- The study recommends those who are responsible of the state administration to respect human rights ,achieving his Security in their state communities .

- The study recommends the International ,state and Regional organizations to publish the culture of the meaning of the state sovereignity and its correlation with the state concept .

And finally the annexation which includes the references and the sources.
