Justice and Equality between Men and Women in the Holy Quran: A Study of the Values of Complementarity and Human Dignity

Abstract

This research addresses justice and equality between men and women in light of Quranic values that regulate relationships, focusing on complementarity and human dignity between men and women in the Quranic discourse, human equality and party, values of justice and human dignity, as well as differences, functional differentiation, and responsibilities. The study highlights that differences in roles and responsibilities do not imply the superiority of one gender over another but reflect a logic of complementarity and functional justice in Islamic law, ensuring familial and social stability .
