Abstract

This study addressed climatic factors and their relation the degradation of vegetation and soil in the localityAl-Fashir, because the effect of natural factors on vegetation of a particular area is the elimination of vegetation and soil degradation, this is what lead the researcher to know these effects. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. A number of findings and recommendations have been reached, including: natural factors and some wrong human practices such as overharvesting of trees and overgrazing are the main cause of deterioration of vegetation. The region's forest cover has undergone many changes in the last three decades, where its area has deteriorated significantly the need to cultivate tree species of economic value, rapid growth and drought resistance . Replacing traditional building materials with fixed materials, increasing the areas of popular forests and using alternative energy for fuel, in addition to activating environmental protection laws and rehabilitating their administration.
