This study presents a rigorous critical critique aimed at deconstructing the structural intersections between rapid digital transformation and accelerated technological breakthroughs on one hand, and the axiological and ethical fabric of contemporary society on the other. Grounded in an analytical sociological and moral inquiry, the paper departs from descriptive appraisals to interrogate the systemic commodification of personal data and privacy erosion under the mechanisms of Surveillance Capitalism. In addition, it critically investigates the empirical ramifications of algorithmic environments, digital interfaces, and artificial intelligence architectures on the restructuring of human agency and interpersonal bonds. Finally, the research proposes a holistic roadmap for ethical governance, synthesizing robust legislative frameworks and proactive regulatory standards with critical media education, thereby safeguarding human dignity, autonomy, and communal sovereignty in the digital sphere.
